Infrastructure: Data is stored securely via Supabase and hosted on professional cloud infrastructure.

Professional Partnerships: If you access OfferGuide through a verified Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) or Home Builder portal, that specific partner may have access to the reports generated under their unique partner link to assist in your transaction.
Legal Compliance: If required by law or to protect the safety and integrity of our platform.

We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your data. However, as the Service relies on user-provided "Homework" (data entry), users are responsible for the accuracy and sensitivity of the information they choose to upload.
